How do I setup my Tackle Mat?

Shipping rates for Australia are cart-based and they work in price brackets.

Our standard dispatch rate is under 48 hours. (We don't dispatch on weekends)

We aim to make all deliveries under 7 working days!

We have warehouses in Sydney and New Zealand, due to stock availability sometimes products get dispatched from NZ, these tend to be delivered between 3-6 days, while products shipped from AU get delivered in 1-5 days.

For Australia we use AUS Post as a courier service.

For products shipped from New Zealand we use NZ Post and it gets transferred to AUS Post once it's in the country.

We offer 60-Day free Returns, Refunds & Replacements.

For Returns & Refunds: You can request a refund if the product didn't meet your expectations in the 60-Day period, as long as the product is in re-sellable condition (We'll process a return for this). For Replacements: We can replace your product for free if it arrived broken or if it broke shortly after started using it.

You can also request a replacement for Sizing in the 60-Day period, e.g. You bought a Large Tackle Tube but you realise a Jumbo would be better, as long as the product is in re-sellable condition and can be packaged again we'll process the request.
